Shipping policy

All orders(except for customized products) are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING FEES

For calculated shipping rates: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

The shipping cost is $6 per order regardless of the number of items in the order.

Free delivery will be applied automatically to your order in checkout when the purchase amount is over $59.

ORDER TRACKING

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking code. You can check the shipping status of your order by returning to our order tracking page with the tracking code (Please give the courier some time to update the shipping status,in case you see an empty tracking)
